In over 15 years of running Steve Powell Design I have had a wide range of projects. Mostly smaller residential extensions and interior design but also some larger projects like a farm renovation, barn renovations and improvements, Listed Buildings and commercial projects.
I act as agent on behalf of my clients and take full responsibility for the production of all required application drawings. I perform the full measured survey and then produce existing application drawings. Liaise with clients and advise on possible schemes. I then produce and fully specify the proposals. Past achieving full approval from the relevant Planning, Conservation area & Building Control offices I then tender to various contractors and negotiate the best deals on behalf of the clients. I am then responsible for all project management and key stage meetings with Building Control through to completion.
