Established in 2006, I perform full measured surveys and produce existing application drawings and then liaise directly with clients to agree a suitable scheme for proposals. I fully specify to the Planning, Conservation Area and Building Control offices. Experienced with a large range of applications including Listed Buildings and Environment Agency applications. Past full approval from the Local Authority, I then produce all tender documents and organise the contracts with the most suitable building contractors and project manage through all key stages to completion.
