At Steve Powell Design I provide a highly professional service, very competitive tendering and effective design solutions.

Established in 2006, I perform full measured surveys and produce existing application drawings and then liaise directly with clients to agree a suitable scheme for proposals. I fully specify to the Planning, Conservation Area and Building Control offices. Experienced with a large range of applications including Listed Buildings and Environmental Agency applications. Past full approval from the Local Authority, I then produce all tender documents and organise the contracts with the most suitable building contractors and project manage through all key stages to completion.

Using a combination of the latest on-line planning maps and fully produced using C.A.D. software the applications are of the highest quality at an affordable price.
